U.S. CULTURAL DIPLOMACY IN CHINA

Here’s a modest piece on why the U.S. does or doesn’t do more cultural diplomacy in China. There was a lot more to say on the topic but I had to keep it to 1,000 words and did my best to summarize the issues. Contrarians would say the U.S. is already well represented through popular culture or whatever, but I’m not entirely convinced…
